Upscale Masculine Poolhouse

Upscale pool house designed for a discerning client who was looking for the space to serve as his 'man cave,' in addition to it's obvious use poolside. The space contains all the comforts needed for poolside parties - bar area with seating for eight on stools made to handle wet bathing suits, custom cabinetry, full bathroom, and lots of storage for pool toys, games and towels.

But in addition, the space houses the client's memorabilia from his days racing boats. Custom shelving and niches displays the array of photos and trophies. The homeower has also collected hundreds of stainless steel propellers from his racing days - and a select few of his favorites are mounted on custom designed furniture-quality boards for display.

Exterior spaces were not overlooked, and the vaulted and beamed space boasts a custom designed natural stone fireplace with space for a built in grill, as well as bar height seating.
